The house has 140 square meters and was completed in 2013.
Ground floor:
Large living room with kitchen and bathroom and a large balcony the width of the house.
First floor:
– 4 bedrooms and a new bathroom with a shower, washing machine and a new boiler.
– The two front rooms look on the lake and have a balcony.
Behind the house is a large terrace and all steps and all three terraces are lined with granite.
In front of the house:
The most important is the terrace to the lake 200m2 covered with granite. With directly entrance stairs to the lake.
On the terrace is a barbecue and a fountain for 10 people. The terrace was conducted electricity and water with granite sink next to the grill.
The roof of the house is a real tile and roof structure is oak specially produced for the house.
The lake’s water from May to September up to the terrace and one can jump directly into the lake from the terrace.
The house is located in the resort Čivelj (70 km from Sarajevo) and not on the main road (peace and quiet) but on the opposite side where the water is always pure deep.
The water in the house is a spring water.
With the house there is another plot with building permit, where it can be a swimming pool or a new facility.

مياه البحيرة من مايو إلى سبتمبر تصل إلى التراس، يمكن القفز مباشرة إلى البحيرة من التراس.
ويقع المنزل في منتجع يبعد 70 كم من سراييفو، وليس على الطريق الرئيسي ( حيث الصفاء والهدوء)، و على الجانب الآخر حيث المياه العميقة النقية.
الماء في المنزل هي مياه من الينبوع.
مع البيت يوجد رخصة بناء أخرى، حيث يمكن بناء حمام السباحة أو منشأة جديدة.
